You can upload photos, videos and documents to your family site the following way:
1. Place your mouse on the 'Family tree' tab and click on 'My photos':
2. Click the 'Upload Photos' button in the upper right side:
3. Then click 'Select files' to start uploading photos, documents or videos:
If you would like to add your photos directly to a specific album, click the drop-down menu to select an album from the list.
You can add photos manually, import them directly from a photo sharing website or upload them from a mobile device.
