Your phone number serves as a critical backup method to regain access to your account if you:
Lose access to your registered email address
Experience issues with your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
To add your phone number on your profile card within your family tree:
1. Open your family tree and select your profile card.
2. Click the ‘edit’ button (pencil icon) either from the left-hand panel or directly on the profile card.
3. Click on ‘Edit more (bio, more facts…)’
4. In the left-hand panel, select ‘Contact info’ and enter your phone number in the designated field.
Make sure to save your changes when finished.
