If you are a parent or legal guardian looking to view DNA results for a minor, please review the guidelines below based on your specific situation.
1. How to view Genealogy results
To comply with privacy laws, a minor’s DNA results must be managed by an adult.
If you are the legal guardian: You may submit a sample for a minor, provided you can give written confirmation of guardianship if requested.
If the minor activated the kit on their own account: Our privacy regulations will prevent the results from being displayed. Because we cannot "transfer" data between accounts, you will need our team to help you resolve this.

2. Why can’t I see my child’s results?
If the results are missing or hidden, it is usually due to one of two reasons:
Account Restrictions: The kit was activated under the minor's email/account rather than the guardian's.
Health Kits: For medical privacy reasons, MyHeritage DNA Health features are strictly for adults (18+). You cannot buy, activate, or view Health results for a minor.
