Site subscriptions (Premium and PremiumPlus), Data subscriptions, and Complete Plan are renewed each year automatically upon the expiry date.
In case you have canceled the automatic renewal and would like to renew your subscription, you can either contact our sales department at sales@myheritage.com or purchase a new subscription on your own the following way:
1. Log into your family site;
2. At the top of your site's Home page, you will see a banner stating 'Site expired'. You can either click on 'Extend now' or 'extend your subscription':
