Welcome to MyHeritage.com, the world’s fastest growing family tree network.
MyHeritage.com is a proud partner of Beit Hatfutsot - the Museum of the Jewish People. Under this partnership, family trees built online on MyHeritage.com - with the consent of their owners (see below) - will be periodically transferred to Beit Hatfutsot for digital safekeeping. For the past three decades, Beit Hatfutsot has been collecting digital information in a rich array of categories to preserve the history of the Jewish people, including family trees with millions of records. You and your family are part of this history. Help preserve your family's memory and history forever by treasuring your family tree at Beit Hatfutsot.
Declaration
I declare that the information contained in this family tree which I will submit to the Douglas E. Goldman Jewish Genealogy Center at Beit Hatfutsot (“the Center”) via MyHeritage.com is to the best of my knowledge correct and was furnished by me in good faith.
I know that in the event that any other party, whose data may appear in the family tree I have submitted, demands for any reason that the Center deletes his data from the tree, the Center is obliged to delete the file from the database as the Center has no possibility of checking the reliability of the information I have submitted. The Center is obliged to inform me that the aforementioned file has been deleted.
In the event that legal action is taken against the Center because of particulars contained in the family tree that I have submitted, and if it would be insufficient to delete the file from the database, I undertake to release the Center from any claim or liability in question.
I agree that my registration information (including my name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) will be available to the public for genealogical and/or other research at the Center.
I declare that I do not have nor will have in the future any claims against the Center concerning the addition of the family tree that I will submit into the database (or the Internet) via MyHeritage.com as well as its removal from the database.
