I have already contacted customer service regarding this issue with search results in Books and Publications but the serviceperson was of no real help. When I try to view ANY of the results for ANY of the people I have searched, I get the "BROKEN LINK" page. Is it my browser or just part of the service?

I've tried to use Your posted link and it works fine (Firefox 57.0.1) I've tried the MS browsers, too: Internet Explorer 11 and Edge, both in the latest version.
I can see the image page 88, the about the source infos (Title, Subject, Description, Volume, Publisher, Author, Sponsor, Tags, Contributor) and the OCR text of this page. Plus the buttons and links to put the data into the own tree, Source, etc.
It must be Your browser.
Use the usable procedure: try with another browser and/or clear the cache
