So, no customer service (the Swedish telephone number doesn't even exist!), I have called several other country numbers and left messages without getting a reply, or simply gotten a generic "we are unavailable" message. I have never experienced anything like this.
Please forward this message to this mythical "moderator forum", since I want a refund for all 5 kits I ordered.
No scam here, for sure. Not everything that doesn't fit into the stuff is automatic scam !
Of course, I don't know exactly the circumstances, why the phone support is so hard to reach. Totally overloaded lines could be a reason. A quite long waiting queue (first-come-first-serve) could be another reason.
The moderator forum, like You named it, isn't not mythical. We are engaged users and we try to help, where we can.

Hi I am new to this MyHeritage thing. All very pleasant and engaging with the sales side of it... Little pleasantry since then. Tried using the phone, naturally every thing I have read is true. Out to a short lunch! Ring back an hour later and they are now really out to lunch. This is after trying numerous times! At all hours of the day (read Australia). I got to leave a message once and got a call back 18 hours later by a different person who claimed they could see I had left a message for David and he would get back to me! Not yet a week later! So more unsuccesful, no repsonse phone calls - less than satisfactory - Cheers Simon Hinge
I, too, suspect this is a scam business. Kit has not arrived. DHL tracking has stopped. UK telephone number has a messgae saying they are at lunch !! No response to emails apart from a generic message giving a ticket number. I paid by Paypal so I'm going to raise a dispute.
