EVERYTHING IS A SCAM.

Free trial is NOT FREE : you are charged immediately,

There is NO WAY to unsubscribe at the site.

Customer support DOES NOT EXIST: if you file a complaint/question, all you will ever get is a form letter telling you Someone will contact you asap.

NO ONE EVER WILL.

Google company name and "scam" - you are about to lose money.

Hi Judith,

Free trial is free for the first approx. 30 days, or so. The charging will happend after this period has been finished.

You can stop this automatism in Your My purchases page (finding under Your profile name in the upper right corner of Your family site).

Locating behind every tree a scam, etc. isn'tgoal-oriented. A good practice is: Read-before-Click !

Not every verbal discharge You can find in the WWW is pointing seriously a situation.

The only point I must agree is the no-answer from the support. I've no idea what's happend there. This isn't my experience I have normally.

By the way, one post like Yours with identical content is enough.

Best regards

Remo

Hi Virginia,

Normally the trial period is - if I'm right - 30 days.

But to receive a serious answer it's better to ask the support at support@myheritage.com

Best regards
