With regard to the problem mentioned in below link...

Is this ever going to be adressed by Myheritage? This is very annoying. We pay a lot of money for such limited functionality...

https://www.myheritage.com/support-post-1112361/please-make-the-limit-higher-than-5000#posting1112361

BTW, does Myheritage ever listen to its customers complaints or is this forum just for show?

Dear Danny,

Thank you for posting on our Forum.

Please bare in mind that the Forum is a space for the MyHeritage users community to exchange information and help each other with questions about the platform and their research. For a direct contact with the MyHeritage Team, you can always click on the 'Help' button on the top right corner of your family site, beside your name, and click on the 'Contact us' option.

Regarding your question, for trees with less than or equal to 5000 people, you can see all relationships.

For trees with over 5000 people and less than 17,000 individuals it is limited:

* for direct ancestors/descendants you can see relationships of up to 20 degrees

* for non-direct relatives, you can only see the relationships for people that are 2 steps away.

This is a known behaviour of the on-line display tree and we currently do not have plans to change this in the near future.

For further enquiries and more direct contact with MyHeritage Support, you are more than welcome to contact us directly on support@myheritage.com.

Have a wonderful day.

Best regards,

Hi Danny,

This forum isn't just a show. It's a users-help-users forum.

But in Your case, I will forward Your vote (and the linked vote, too) into our moderator channel directly to the support.

Best regards

Remo
