No discoveries, no smart matches

Since upgrading my subscription a week ago I have not received any matches on my family tree, even though I had them before the upgrade. Anyone know what the problem is?

Hello Kathleen,

I assume that You didn't accidently disable the Smart Matching for Your site. 

As I've seen, You did upload 2 GEDCOM files to Your family site .. and made some changes to one of them.

I suggest to stop changes for a couple of days. So Your trees will be processed by the Smart Matching process. With every change in the trees You slip to the end of the process queue.

The second problem with exisiting Smart Matches and Discoveries is the following:

If You replace an existing tree with another one, the Smart Matches will be cleared, too. This is because this Matches with all accepted/rejected are connected to a specific tree.

So, be a patient, a little bit and Your Smart Matches will come back.

Hello. I am still not getting any smart matches, despite making no changes to my tree as you suggested. Can you please let me know when these will resume?
