Hi A H,

Please send any problem & questions around DNA directly to the support (support@myheritage.com).

In the title of the email place somewhere the word DNA, and this will forward quickly to the DNA support team.

Take a look on the following Post from Yehudah (MyHeritage):

Best regards

my kit was sent in over 18 days ago and doesn't show as received either. After reading through the forum questions and no-answer answers, I am wondering if this whole thing is just a scam. Maybe it should be posted on the website WHERE the lab is  and how long it normally takes for the lab to receive kits from different countries.? And if DNA questions cannot be answered at all, it should say so at the TOP of the forum and direct people elsewhere instead of allowing them to post it in the forum to only be told you can't answer anything at all from Switzerland.

Hi Steve,

No, I'm not a robot .. I'm a real person (user) and I try to help where I can.

The 'robot answer' round about DNA, Ethnic, etc. is an answer, coordinated with the support.

I'm not 100% in competence about the whole DNA thema, so I prevent a useless ping-pong here in the forum.

That's it.

Best regards

Good Remo

Now all you need to do is start a DNA thread with generic answers so people don't think it is a money making scam. If Q's are of a personal nature then refer them to support.

Thanks Steve

Hi Steve,

There are a lot of information in the Help system:

https://www.myheritage.com/help-center#/path/DNA/MyHeritage-DNA-Test/

And this collection is filled by the support.

Unfortunately, earlier posts are rarely read ... this is my personal experience, of course. So, it make no sense, to open a thread, like You suggested. But I will discuss it with the support.

Best regards

Remo
