Hi Sergey,

This is the official answer of the support for the moment:

Our current version of FTB 7 for Mac is not compatible with the latest release of Mac OSX, which was released in the last days of September. For supported versions of Mac OSX with FTB 7, see the following link: http://www.myheritage.com/help-center#/path/951697771 The MyHeritage Team is aware of it and has some adjustment work for this in the planning. However, currently, there is no time frame known on when this will be available.

Hello, i was wondering if there is any word about FTB and MAC.  I miss the application, especially the reports and checks that keep me correct.  Thanks, jg

I also upgraded to High Sierra a few days ago.  Until this error is resolved does this mean there is no way to save a GEDCOM file and export the data into another program?

It is really a cumbersome situation. 

I recommend to contact the support at support@myheritage.com and I'm sure they will help You find a way to get a GEDCOM file from Your project.

If you are using the Mac version they have not updated it in some time, and it will not work on the latest Mac OS, High Sierra.
