Curious why MyHeritage DNA results from uploaded Ancestry DNA file is so different from Ancestry.com?

I'm just wondering why the DNA analysis from the two companies seems to be so different? I took Ancestry's DNS test which indicates I come from:

Scandinavia: 32%

Great Britian: 26%

Ireland/Scotland/Wales: 22%

Europe West: 9%

And then some low confident trace regions.

According to MyHeritage, using the same date (uploaded Ancestry.com DNA file), the results are quite different:

Scandinavian: 52.4%

Iberian: 27.8%

English: 13.1%

Finnish: 2.7%

Irish, Scottish and Welsh: 2.1%

West Asian: 1.9%

Is this typical?

Greetings:

I was wondering if you got an answer as to why there was a differance between the two tests results you have taken. I have a similar question except mine is why MyHeritage DNA puts a quarter of my ancestry down into Mexico & Central America. I have no idea how that is. I do know my father was half Ojbewa thus making me a quarter Native American. The Ojbewa tribes were in an around the Great Lakes. My test results do not indicate my Native American ancestry. Nothing. And, no I was not adopted. Let me know if you get an answer.

Sincerely, Jo Ellen

Hi William,

Please send any problem & questions around DNA directly to the support (support@myheritage.com).

In the title of the email place somewhere the word DNA, and this will forward quickly to the DNA support team.

Take a look on the following Post from Yehudah (MyHeritage):
