want NO photos and NO blue place holders in reports

I specified to include NO photos in my reports and NO place holders. However blue boxes still show up which I then have to spend time deleting. How do I get a report with NO blue boxes where photos would have been and NO placeholders?

Dear Susan,

Thank you for your reply.

The option to 'show no photos' is only exactly that: to not show a photo if it exists. The placeholders will always appear, though.

I will nonetheless forward your enquiry as an improvement suggestion to the relevant department.

Have a wonderful day.

Best regards,

I believe I also said no place holders. With the blue boxes, I have to go thru the entire doc and delete them as they look stupid there and make the doc too long. This featufre should be corrected.

Hi Susan,

Thank You for the feedback.

It looks like an issue. I played around with the options. You are right, if we are setting 'Never' to the Show personal photos option, the reporter have to ignore any form of picture/placeholders etc.

I will forward this into our moderator channel directly to the support.

Best regards

Remo
