The current version of FTB 7 for Mac is not compatible with the latest release of Mac OSX, which was released in the last days of September. For supported versions of Mac OSX with FTB 7, see the following link: http://www.myheritage.com/help-center#/path/951697771
The MyHeritage Team is aware of it and has some adjustment work for this in the planning. However, currently, there is no time frame known on when this will be available.

I got the update for High Sierra yesterday, now family tree builder won't work, and if this is going to take time to fix, are we going to be re-imbursed for the time lost in not being able to use this program.
Writing to support will not help. This is from the answar I got after writing to them three times:
"We are aware of the issue and doing our best to resolve it as soon as we can."
"Bugs and feature requests are prioritized according to how many users write to support about them "
"As much as we would like to, we can't fix every bug and feature that is requested."
Now I have Goggled it, and find, that the problem has existed at least since 2015.
They should be honest and admit that they do not support Mac-users. This should be widely known so we can choose the right tool. And MyHeritage / Family Tree Builder is not the best choise if you - or anyone in your tree - is using Mac.
