family tree issue

Recently I uploaded a gedcom which resulted in creation of a family tree. Somehow there is a second family tree that contains myself only. How can I get rid of the tree that contains only myself.

Hi David,

To remove the one-person-tree click on Family tree and click on Manage trees.

On the right side of the list of  the trees, You will see a Delete action.

Take care to take the right tree Cool

Best regards

Hi Remo - maybe you can help me... or someone else can...

I have the same issue, but the one person tree is linked to my uploaded DNA results. I initially joined the site to do a DNA match with someone, then I decided to upload a gedcom tree to support my DNA matches, but the gedcom created a totally new tree that isn't linked to my original DNA self.

I'm perplexed that there doesn't seem to be a button to say "this is me" on the trees.

So my big question is if I delete the one person tree will I need to re-upload my DNA results to myself in the gedcom tree?

Thanks :)

Hi Joanna,

To get a serious answer for Your question, please send any problem & questions around DNA directly to the support (support@myheritage.com).

In the title of the email place somewhere the word DNA, and this will forward quickly to the DNA support team.

Take a look on the following Post from Yehudah (MyHeritage):

Best regards
