Cancelling my free trial

Can you please cancel my free trial , i  have tried doing it in my setting and the page freezes and won't complete to cancellation.  I have tried ringing you but ur customers services are always unavailable.  I really don't expectin 12 days for me to be charged as i want be happy as i I have tried everything to cancel it myself .

Hi, I am having the same problem.  I am unable to get through by telephone to cancel the free trial period and I do not have the account number they are requesting to get through on the phone.  I cannot contact locate a link inline through which I am able to cancel.

Me too. They took £90 out of my account on day 13 of my trial. No response from email. Can't get through on phone. Rang trading standards and citizens advice. Not happy. ☹️

I took out a free trial yesterday and have spent hours trying to cancel it. Fortunately I used paypal to set it up and have now cancelled any payment using the advice on https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Archive/Terapeak-quot-trying-to-cancel-before-expiry-of-trial-quot/td-p/616985?profile.language=en-gb 

This will ensure no payment is made in the future.

Send an email to the response below as that one worked for me and they replied straight away with a link to cancel .
