Tried to re-installtion new version.
Any further reply from support and and ETA reagarding this.
Got a great lot of updates to add, since it is my grandmother 90th Birthday.
Will need to try update via, the web, ipad, or pc, but prefer the mac.

Unfortunately, the Family Tree Builder is not compatible yet with the new macOS High Sierra. The development team is currently testing a new version of the Family Tree Builder that should be compatible with the macOS High Sierra.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we will update you once the new version will be available so you can download the Family Tree Builder.
In the meantime, I would recommend you to continue working on the online website for now.

Hi Gerald, you have twice in this message stream recommended we contact support. I have done so as have several others. Do they reply at all? Its been 8 days since I emailed and no response. This is pretty slow as in my experience it usually takes 3 to 5 working days for a company to reply. What can we expect?
