Why is the email address for support [support@myheritage.com] not displayed at the bottom of the page where it say's SUPPORT??? Only ph numbers which go unanswered???

There was a message button on the help page, but I don't know where it has gone.

I will drop the question into our moderator channel .. and where the support mail address is, ok?

The phone support is a queued/first come/first serve service. So, we must be patient like everywhere we are standing in a queue.

Very frustrating when you can't contact them by ph & no other means are provided. Only found the "support@myheritage" email address while looking through other posts & saw where you had given that address to others.
