I created our family account and tree. For some reason my information is pointing to my cousin as the primary site manager and account creater. How can this be fixed? I cannot find how to "demote to member" from my profile.
This kind of changes, like site/account creator, can only processed by the support. Send an email (email@example.com) and describe the problem as detailed as possible. I'm sure they will help You to solve this cross reference problem.
