I received the email for DNA results for my father and pulled it up twice. Went back and cannot access the results, What happened? The web page states HTTp 500 error, webpage cannot be displayed.

Ok, the best way is to contact the support (email@example.com). In the title of the email place somewhere the word DNA, and this will forward quickly to the DNA support team.
Give as many infos about the problem as You can with possible helpful screenshot. I'm sure they will help You.
