I think I have exhausted all that MH premium subscription has to offer - I have just spent an hour going through smart matches, waiting while it downloads and displays 50, waiting while it loads the "view matches" page, looking through the matches, selecting "confirm all", and waiting while another 50 download, all without adding anything new to my tree.
I am starting to get frustrated with the inefficiency of the process. I have previously suggested defaulting to 10 downloads at a time instead of 50, and of highlighting matches with extra information so that I could quickly locate information to be added to my tree, but this has not hapened yet.
Under the account information page, I found "cancel subscription", aand I just want to know whether this would immediately make my site unusable, or whether it would not take effect until my subscription expires in December, and also whether I would then receive a notification allowing me to change my mind.
I never, ever use the 'confirm all' function but review every match. Too much possibility of discrepancies in a bulk confirmation.
That way I find LOTS of new information for my tree; dates and places I didn't have before, and very often, parents, spouses and children I can add to the tree.
I use the on-line tree:
my preference is Smart Matches < the individual tree I am working on < People < last Name < page number (from a running sheet I keep by hand); and select the next name that shows 'matches to be confirmed'. That's just my preference but I never have but very short waiting times so I don't know why that appears to work better than whatever method you use.
Yes, I use the "people" tab too, but only for people who are related to me by less than 10 steps - perhaps your tree is smaller? I have over 5570 people, and in the people tab, the top person (after I have confirmed all new matches) has over 100 matches. It takes ages (like 2-5 minutes on ADSL2) to consolidate all the data for that many people before it displays on screen. In the early days, I used the "people" tab extensively to collect lots of data.
Now, I use the "tree" tab for convenience, and as I mentioned in a post to "product suggestions", I have found most matches recently have less data on them then I already have in my tree. It is true that I might miss something, especially when my tree has two year-only dates of birth and death, and the match shows a birth year only - it might be that the other site has a day and month as well (which does not display in the matches page), but I don't bother looking because I make the (unsupportable, but usually correct) assumption that if the other tree does not know the year of death, then they probably do not know the day and month of birth either. I went through a few months of checking every match, but got fed up with not finding anything new. I have previously made a "product suggestion" that the match pages use some form of colour coding to indicate extra information is available, which was "passed on to the team" a year or two ago.
Since I have now reviewed, and confirmed or rejected, over 35,000 matches, I am finding that recent "new" matches are with people who have only recently started their tree, and I suspect that the information they do have is copied from my tree, or from trees that I copied it from. (I see information that I personally added (such as photos) appearing everywhere, which 'sharing' is what it is all about.)
In FTB, the matches page shows a lot more information than the smart match page on the web, which lets me check quicker (- after the wait for the information to be updated), but it appears the matches on the website and the matches in FTB are two different databases, and are not synced - not sure why.
By te way, FTB 8.0 is now available, it is faster at the user end, but it does not have the "tree consistency checker" tool option any more!
I noticed that order for new site gets both charged and automatically 'validated' when user is already a member with ongoing subscription and 'validation' page is opened for call / code. This is at least the case with credit card payment.
Thus validation page is opened it is immediatly processed on the background nevertheless. This is faulty behaviour and extremely misleading and vauge its best with loose sense.
Also there are few translation errors throughout the process that I could address with the translation team once this mistake order is cancelled and behaviour changed first.
don't forget to cancel your subscription because they don't remind you before it ends. They just automatically renew it. They also don't provide any proof of purchase, just an email stating that they've billed you for another year.

Я уже попробовала все ваши рекомендации и восстановление учетных данных и смена логина и пароля. Очень прошу помочь, так как была проделана огромная работа по сбору информации
Вы не можете авторизоваться на созданные вами сайты? Или что то не так с программой FTB? Если с сайтами проблема - дайте адрес почты аккаунта этих сайтов или ссылку адресной строки браузера на эти сайты. Если проблема с программой, то предположительно 8.0 Бета-версия не отлажена до конца и работать следует в 7.0 версиях.

It's not helpful at all. That information should be CLEARLY provided up front before we pay for a premium plus subscription. There should be a comparision chart detailing what is included in each type of membership. We all know that will never happen because then you wouldn't get any new subscribers. They would all see the true cost of using your service.
I just received this phone number and I had to look it up and it came from MyHeritage! I had to google what phone number that was and to my disgust of how they market. I did NOT ask for the company to call me. Every scam callers, telemarketers, and even organizers phone calls are deleted immediately because first of all, I am Deaf, secondly, I refuse voice calls and even voice messages.
Please STOP calling people, MyHeritage! I tried to find "Contact Us" page but apparently you do not so I had to post this on forum! Right now, I have to focus mostly on my own software and another genealogy website that has my family goes back to the Roman Empire! Yes, 300 something AD! This site limits because you have to pay for membership to get more data. I am happy with the Mormon's version.
