I ask the MyHeritage site management to restore the classic version of the cover page for site administrators, as all regular users, it's better not to think of it, and also add the entire number of upcoming birthdays of relatives!
My wife, who is obviously a site member, has just received the results of her DNA testing. However I have found that I am unable to upload it to her profile. When I queried this with the phone help service I was informed that results of MyHeritage testing could not be uploaded whereas if her test had been done by Ancestry or 23andMe it could. This is crazy! Also she is unable to get her haplogroup details. What does she do - get tested by another lab?
Another thing, if she wants to compare a match with another person's tree, she also has to take out MyHeritage membership.
I am new to MyHeritage. So far I have a basic membership. I have been an ancestry member for several years, but want to share family history with those extended family members that are not ancestry members. I would like to create at least four sites with the home/starting person being one of my four grandparents on each site. Each time I start a new site with a new tree, MH wants each tree to begin with me, which I don't want. Is there a way around this? Thanks!
Just wondering if anyone can explain why a photo would disappear from my family site but still be in the family album. Two photos went missing before and were added again by my nephew. Now, the photo of his wife has gone from her unit again. I don't understand why this is happening, cany anyone help?
On the DNA results page it suggests going to Family Tree DNA, and when I did I entered my Kit Number only to find the data has not been transferred to FTDNA. I have requested this be done and received an automatic reply,
I have tried to export my family tree to Gedcom and it states that "Your GEDCOM file is being generated now. This typically takes a few minutes. When it is ready you will receive an email with a link to view it." It has now been over 4 hours since I first did this and I have not received an email with the Family Tree file. The webpage is still showing that it is generating my GEDCOM file! Please investigate what is going on.
I uploaded file for DNA matching and it worked about six weeks ago. Now DNA match does NOT exist for my id. I just received email telling me that I have DNA matches but when I click on option to view, there is NOTHING. WHY??? I just rang technical support and I was about 30 in the queue!
I have my DNA from Ancestry and went to download it to my site on here. I followed the instructions and had no problems until I went to download it to this site. When I click on the upload button a message comes up saying I need to sign in to Familysearch. I googled Familysearch and made an account and signed in. Not sure why I did it but I still get the same message when I try to upload. Is there another Familysearch?
For the past few weeks I've been getting this error for various Record Match pages:

Process: Click on Record Matches button for person in Family Tree Builder, which opens browser to Record Matches webpage. Clicking on the orange 'Review Match' button loads into the new page, and displays this error.
My mother is British, and is for as many generations as my family recalls, yet my DNA findings show no British, but I am suddenly 20% Italian and Central European. My father is of Swedish ancestry, so that should represent 50% of my heritage, not 80%. Then, this morning I get a notice that the findings are Beta, and that was not mentioned in the ads that lured me into this web site. MyHeritage is complete rip off, I should have spent the extra $20 and used Ancestry, as my sister did. She is half British, with some Irish mixed in---no trace of Italy or Eastern Europe.
Tried a couple of times to have you call me for code. banner says tele# incorrect. finally just ignored statement and clicked on proceed. success. Immediately found that i had been billed twice. cannot contact via phone..always busy. next step to get resolve issue with charges???
