I have been able to access and have been notified of matches with no difficulty, including yesterday. I am now getting a message "DNA is not available in your country". Did something change or is there another explanation. The number 1 reason I chose to use MyHeritage is because of its connection with 23andme.
When I enter data in English and then change language for instance to Polsih data entered in English is not present in Polish language version. It means that I have two different trees one in English language second in Polish.

I can enter data manually into my tree or import a GEDCOM. Is there any way for the system to download data from FamilySearch into my tree?
Within Ancestry I can download four generations from Family Search into my tree or with my Legacy software I can download unlimited generations. Just wondering if my MyHeritage tree has similar direct import from FamilySearch functionality.
I have a real problem. Talk Talk discontinued alongside hundreds of other users my 20 years old Lineone email account this week by invalidating my password. This means that the above email address, with which I once registered 10 years ago cannot be changed to a new one. I have tried but it does not work. To change I need a "valid" password for the old lineone email and exactly that I do no longer possess. For "security reasons" Talk Talk are not willing to re-set my password because I do no longer live in the UK but in Austria.
Now, before someone asks: It is a chicken before the egg situation. Because my password has been invalidated by Talk Talk I cannot access my account website to re-set the password myself, which precisely needs this password. So you see, I am stuck!

I would like to "dis-connect" my X husbands side of the family from matching results, etc but not sure how to do it. I want it to stay as it is for my kids but don't wish to work on it. Is there a way to do this?
I'm trying to solve a problem caused by my change in email address. Every "solution" I find in the Help articles begins with the instruction "Logon to your Site", but what does this mean? I have my Site ear-marked and can go directly there with a simple click; also, a simple click in FTB gets me there.
I have changed my email provider, and cannot now Sync. I have updated my email handle in both my FTB and Site profiles to BuhrmanP@gmail, but when I attempt to Sync from FTB, I am told that my Project still belongs to BuhrmanP@aol.com (under which I originally began with MyHeritage). I can find no trace of the old "owner" name in either the site or my FTB project.

I currently have two seperate family trees (one for my father's family,the other for my mother's) and would prefer not to merge the two. My mother is, of course, in my father's tree and I would like to have some way to jump to her family tree from within her profile information. Is this possible?
Ok i found some relations that match in another part of my tree is there a way to merge them together and not have to add them all in again because i haent found a way i started adding but i wonder if there is a way just to merge them together somehow. It is where i follow up the tree and they married 2nd cusins i think it would be or something like that.or they might be even longer its in the 1600's and 1700's thanks i hope you can help
I'm new to the process. A family tree website has been established and filled. I would like to know whether or not to download and use GEDCOM. What are the benefits for me (increased capacity, printable, shareable data, etc.)? Will it allow me to be able to contact the author of another family tree with shared links?
The functionality to be able to confirm new "Smart matches" by a Website seems to be no longer available as a way to confirm a group of family members in a particular myHeritage website. I liked being able to choose that way to process new Smart matches. Anyone else agree?
I agree with you. my heritage has completely destroyed my interest . the old way was enjoyable and easy. so now they dictate how we receive info, while still expecting us to pay for that. very disappointed anne steel australia
I am perplexed. I am wishing to understand how My Heritage family trees work. Some time ago I started to add my family tree to this site, but became disillusioned with the content of some of the other trees, too reminiscent of another genealogical site so I didn't continue. Just this past week while doing some research I inadvertently ended up in My Heritage with a discovery that a whole branch of a distantly related tree was actually attached to my tree. Now I am not sure how this happens but I would have thought the only people on my tree would be those who I have entered. Of course I cannot contact the owner of the other tree unless I pay a subscription, which I find annoying if I just want to find out where they got their information. I printed out a genealogy report of the said family and just the first page has far too many errors for my liking. I use Ancestral Quest which is of course now attached to My Heritage, but again not useful is I don't have a subscription. I am assuming that now this tree is attached to mine I can go in and change any errors. Haven't actually tried that yet. Looking forward to hearing from you regards Margaret
I have a free account with no subscription. In the top left corner I can see indicators: 0 Smart Matches and 1 Record Match. At the same time on my family site I can see in Polish language "97 people 0 photos | See Discoveries (5)". When I click the "See Discoveries" I'm being redirected to Instant Discoveries and there's information that there are no discoveries for me. I guess it's a bug.
I don't know who has access to my tree and has been allowed to change my name to Toni Smith? I find this very disturbing. I would like to know how this has happened? I received an email about this update?
I need to add the rest of my family members. This is my first time on this site and I think it is great, ever since my parents did I was looking for a site that I can do my family tree and saw your commercial and the rest is history.
