IF I am on a Premium Family Site Plus subscription can the members I invite to my site use the search services or do I have to do all of the searches for them with my account since I am the subscriber?
I have stopped my subscription after 5 years because I was sooooo frustrated with the lack of response.
Having stopped the subscription I am back at basic and my Family site is well over on storage I know one implication of this is that I can't print a family book. It seems that another is that I can't export a GEDCOM - is this right ?
Part of my problem with storage is that Photos are stored on the internet and somehow the internet folder set up by My heritage has incorporated an internet store of photos I had for a photoalbum .
I cant get any one at My Heritage Support to help with any of these issues. They are only interested when there is money involved
The only hints that I seem to receive on My Heritage, are hints that come from my own Family Trees on other Sites. I was hoping that by putting my family tree on My Heritage, I would get new hints. I have a free account and do not see any advantage to paying for My Heritage. I am trying the free version to see if it makes sense to pay for the Premium version. Wondering if anyone else has this situation?
