I sent out our kits for me and my husband on Aug,02 from hawaii now Sep, 19! i have never heard anything from you guys! I havent gotten any emails once!! I need update, online website is useful too, keep telling me to order a kit ????
So I opened the vile and dropped it and the liquid spilled out and Im not sure what to do. I havent done the swab test on that side, it is just water on it? Its just empty, just need some advise on what to do.
So, I ordered a kit and sent it in August 28th. I saw the notice about things being delayed because the hurricane, but my status still hasn't changed at all. Still just shows the my kit has been activated, it not updating to kit received. Was it lost in the mail or something?
I am so upset. My DNA results have me being 35.5% Iberian. No one in my family is from Spain or Portugal. Mother is dutch, Germam, English. Father is German, Irish, English. I show 0 ancestry going back to 1500's from this area. This has caused me so much distress. Both of my parents are passed. So many questions.
I am getting very unhappy have heard nothing, think maybe I got hyped out of my money... order number= 366505321 what are results do not tell me to call because that is a waiting game i never win already lost over 45min waiting for some one to answer and then get cut off. I thing NEWS reporter at KGUN9 will answer his phone a lot faster. This program along with 23and me need to be looked into.
I have posted a kit back to you 13 Business days ago from London UK and you have not updated the tracking page as it being received. While I understand there has been an extremely serious weather catastrophe, I see nowhere on your website any news about what has happened to all the kits which must have been sent to you over the last few weeks. Also if kits reach you so late how credible would the results be? Could you please update your website accordingly and not let us in the dark? Many thanks. Frankie.
My wife and I ordered kits, received them the same day and mailed them back the same day. I received an email that my wifes kit was received at the lab on Sept3 (2017). Mine has not been received. I contacted them by a Face Book message and the said the storm in Houston had caused a dely. I fully understand! This morning I received a reply (FB) from them saying to wait 2 weeks and monitor if it had been received. Come on! our kits may not have arrived at the lab on the same day - fine - but 2 weeks? rediculous! They have a statement on their site about the lab being on the 8th floor and kits are safe. My reply was at some point these kits were on some road/highway in Huston and at some point on the 1st floor of the building. The kits were somewhere in transit after the storm hit Houston. They advertise results in 4 weeks. Even if it's still on it's way (fat chance) it will be a minimum of 4 weeks before they even say they received it. No offer from them to send a new kit immediately. Extremely bad customer service.

I live in the UK. I have an important question about my DNA results but I am unable to make contact with My Heritage. The My Heritage telephone number for the UK has been discontinuaed but no alternative number is in place. Please, how or who can I contact regarding my problem?
I have had my DNA Results for some time now, but I have been curious as to how far back the DNA of registered users are traced back. I could be wrong as I once searched before on this topic within this website and others, but I remember reading that the DNA of users are traced back several hundred years in the past. I am very intrigued as I want to be able to calculate what time periods or centuries my different ancestors were living, in accordance to their ethnic backgrounds. If an expert or employee at MyHeritage can help me with this topic, I'd appreciate it.
I sent 2 samples at the same time, one for my wife and one for myself. The USPS tracking numbers showed both were delivered to the lab. However, my wife's DNA was listed as "received by the lab" on 25 August, while mine is unaccounted for. I know it was delivered, but where could it be? I'm getting concerned that a sample of my DNA with my name attached to it is unaccounted for.
I ordered my kit a week ago and just received it, I already did the swab to cheek for saliva extraction. And I was ready to send it out, however upon looking at the return address, I realized the DNA test labratory is located in Houston. Question is can I still send it to you guys for testing? I checked with USPS in the Houston area for the designated zip code and the mail service states they will resume on wed Aug,30. I am curious if the lab will remain closed until further notice or if its continuing normal operations, I do not want to send my kit back for testing and for it to be joy riding with the mail service, as the lab may or may not be operating.
