This collection contains an index of voter lists for elections of the Russian Duma (parliament). Only men were eligible to vote, and only within certain categories. Records normally contain the first and last name of the eligible voter, his residence, the year of the voter list, the name of the father, and an abbreviation of the voter’s qualification category.
