Per account by his father, original in Parker box at CCHS: "My son Isaac came home from Philadelphia the 25th Day of ye 6 mo 1791 and 7 of that week was that Day taken with the bloody flux and was severely held in the Disorder for ten days on the tenth he Departed this life about 12 o'clock of said day being the 4th day of 7 mo and the 2nd of the week and was interred at Kennett the day following."
