Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Benjamin Goulton, late of Altofts, in the parish of Nor- manton, in the county of York, and now of Gedney-marsh, in the county of Lincoln, and Samuel King, of Selston-hall, near Alfreton, in the county of Derby, as Railway Contrac- tors, and carried on under the style or firm of Goulton, King, aud Company, or otherwise, was this day dissolved by mutual consent—As witness our hands this 17th day.of October, in the year of our Lord, 1850.
