My brother Robert; He Never Married
There are a lot of fond memory's of my older brother. He and I used to spar with each other. He always came out on top and I would say, when I get older I will get you, and he would just laugh. There was a time when he was working as an Usher at Blacktown Cinemas, when they used to show two movies on a Saturday afternoon. During intermission he came home and took me back to watch the second movie, he got me in without paying. (for free)
I used to drive him to work even though I did not have a Licence. He would get me to pick him up sometimes when he was to drunk to drive himself home.
He worked for Prospect County Council as an Electrician. He hated fires, and he liked to play around.
Shortly after his untimely death I was driving along Parramatta road Strathfield on my way to the city. When all of a sudden I felt and heard Robert in the passengers seat, (He said that he was all right and not to worry. Then he said I will see you later "SID" and that was that.) He was gone. "Sid" was a nick name that he alone called me. He was a true believer in the family, he had and showed respect to all.
I am not ashamed to say that I miss him very much, and I look forward to the time when we will meet again. In the Eternities.
