THOMAS RICHARDSON was a farmer, and spent his life in Billerica.

His father gave him, while living, a large farm, which was confirmed to his widow and children by agreement of the other heirs, in an instrument recorded Midd. Prob. Records, xvii. 126, 127, 128.

&nbsp

The farm consisted of eighty-seven acres of upland on the south-east side of Shawshin River, forty-five acres of meadow and upland on Lubber's Brook, an affluent of the Shawshin, and two acres of meadow in Content Meadow; besides rights in the homestead, and thirty pounds received in the father's life-time.
