Herb Cullers Forgot to mention: I have some basic info on two children born to Chloe Brooks by her previous marriage. My info stops on this branch in about 1931, Nothing later due to publishing date of source. Herb Cullers, Jr.

Herb Cullers Vivian, I'm new at this so therein lies the reason for my being turned around. I mishandled by first comment. Something like:Chloe Buren Coker Brooks had a previous marriage to a fellow by the name of J.K. Bottom, I assume deceased before the 1928 Marriage to Mr. Brooks. I have some info on that marriage if you want it. Herb Cullers, Jr.

Herb Cullers Vivian, I'm back again, I keep finding stuff. Ref. birth date of Chloe Buren (Coker) Brooks, Jan 25, 1879. That should be good since that part my source book was written by Chloe's sister, Grace May (Coker) McCartney. Herb Cullers

Barbara F Johnson Just want to correct what you have as deathplace for Mary Crum. She never went to CA, although according to letters I have (from Peter to Mary), Peter was hoping she would come. He sent her some of the gold he had collected, perhaps thinking that would finance her trip. He caught cholera from one of his patients and died there in San Francisco. She remained in IN, dying there in Dublin, Wayne Co, possibly as early as 1840, although I believe later than that.
