Kent Hall Looking for matches - I think it is quite possible we have a connection. Not sure if GRANNER is a match - but I have a full dozen in the midwest circa 1850-1920

Can I have access to your tree?

Kent, Vermont

Maureen Theroux Our last name is Granger, not Granner. But if may be misspelled. Yes, you may access my tree. Sorry, I haven't gotten back to you sooner.

Kent Hall Thank you - from what I have pulled from family reocrds, we have Granner & Gronna - We have traced this to brothers from Norway, and when these brothers registered in writing in South Daokta, the person handling the documents could not clearly read the names so did the best he could. It was not until returning to the homestead that the Gronna brothers realized the difference. I am looking into Granger fitting the same model.

Anita HUMBLE My Granner relatives are definitely Granner and then a brother changed his name a few others followed to Gronna. They are Norwegian. My father's grandmothers sister married a Granner.

Anita HUMBLE The Lovre's were the Granner mother's daughters children. Georgiann Granner married Gilbert Lovre
