Patsy Robinson Jim, do you know anything about Thomas's brother Henry that was a school teacher? Either he died in Tennesee or went back to England. He was born probably 1821? in London.

jim turner I dont know of Thomas' brother if you are referring to the Thomas born in 1821 in London? There was a Henry W. that was Tom's brother, who was born here (probably Franklin Co. Tenn) in 25 Jul 1845. Tom was born in London but they emigrated to USA in 1841, so all siblings of Tom would have born inUS. Henry W.'s death date was 10 Feb 1887. How does this compare to your data? Family lore says Thomas (Tom's Dad) was a schoolteacher at some time here.

Patsy Robinson I found on the 1850 (TN) census a "Henry Robinson" born 1821, England who was in the household and listed as a school teacher, as was Thomas, so they must have been brothers. Some other family members said that he might have immigrated to Australia.
