Make sure that you have marked the person in the tree as deceased. To learn how to do so, click here.
Then check if you might have another duplicate tree on the site that doesn’t reflect that change yet. To learn how to see all your trees online, click here. If you have more than one tree, you will have to mark that individual as deceased in every available tree in your family site.
