When I try to activate my kit it says "activation code is invalid". What can I do?

If you received the error message "This activation code is invalid" when trying to activate your kit, there are a few things you can check before contacting us:


  • Did you type the correct code? Review your typing and also review the code on the kit box or on the card that came inside it. It could be that you may be mistaking the letters or numbers.

  • Please note that the "MH" from the code is already written there on the site. You just need to type the six characters (numbers and letters) after it.

  • Has that specific kit been activated by someone else?
