However please note that MyHeritage is not a healthcare provider and our Support team are not genetic counselors. We are happy to help you with questions of a technical nature such as issues with downloading or filling in the initial questionnaire but we are unable to help you analyze your results or answer any questions.
Our test is not diagnostic, and we encourage our users to share their reports with their healthcare provider or a genetic counselor, to better understand their results.
