Forgot your MyHeritage password? Tap on ‘Forgot password’ located just under the ‘Log In’ button.
Forgot both your email and password? Please get in touch with our Support Team and send a link to your family site along with the names and birthdates of three living members in the family tree. A support representative will help you log in again.
If you are new to MyHeritage, you can either sign up with your email address or using your Google or Apple account to start building your family tree using the mobile app.
