Family trees created on the family site or synced from Family Tree Builder software can be edited either by:
- You and your site members whom you invite (recommended)
- You and your site managers whom you invite and nominate
- Only you (the webmaster)
If you would like to set up editing preferences for your family tree on the site, please do the following:
1. Log in to your family website.
2. Move your mouse cursor over the ‘Family Tree’ tab and click on ‘Manage trees’.
3. Then choose ‘Edit tree settings’.
4. In the ‘Permissions’ section, under the option ’Specify below who can edit the family tree on the family site’, you can choose the appropriate setting.
