Looking for Parents of Hugh Hall Cochran - watchmaker and lived in Lurgan, Northern Ireland. I think his father was Edward Cochran who was a watchmaker in Belfast 1800 but who was his mother. ?

Or it could have been John Cochran and Hannah Mossey. Does anyone have the answer to my question, ? I hope so. If so please get back to me.
