Searching for relatives of McCarron and McGuigan who lived in PEI, Canada. Ellen McGuigan parents were Anne Currie (Glasgow) and Philip McGuigan. WE believe they came from Ireland to PEI. Ellen married Patrick McCarron 1853 PEI. Moved to Maine about 1890 with their grown children and name changed to McCarn, Patrick to Peter. Youngest child Margaret was 7 yo at the time. Any connection?
