My mum and I have both downloaded the tree builder and have been working in it together. I build something on my PC, export it to a dropbox account and she picks it up from there. We both have our own accounts for the site and neither of us have published this tree.
It's my great uncle's birthday today and my mum just got an email from the site reminding her, I didn't.
Has one of us inadvertantly published our tree or are the details we put in the downloaded program automatically uploaded? If it is the latter, how do we remove them as my mum is very paranoid about this information being available online.
I have a comlicated family in that my half-sisters share a half-brother who in fact is only my cousin and not my half-brother as it keeps filling in for me.....How do I delete him from my tree as a sibling (he is NOT my sibling).....
I would like to create a chart (tree) for both my husband and I. I would like it to include both of our parents, our siblings, our siblings spouses and their children and our children. Any ideas how to do that??
Hello all I am new here and am looking to find John (Patrick?) Holton of New jersey (possibly California). He is the hardest person so far in my tree and he was my grandfather. There is as far as I know no information on his birth, death or marriage to my grandmother Helen Goumas. The only information I have found to even support the fact that he ever existed is a record of a mortgage being transfered into his and my grandmother's name in Nov. 1955. I am not sure what to do or where to look. There has been speculation that he may possibly have been married to someone else at the time he married my grandmother and that this was possibly not his real name either. There are no military records i could find but there is a photo of him in a naval uniform somewhere ( I believe my aunt has it). I am just stumped and don't know where to procceed from here.
I am looking for my Great-great-grandfather who was born approximately 1810 His trial date was 24th October 1831, transported on "England"5th April 1832, arrived at "Port Arthur" 9th July 1832. Trial Place "Lancaster". Police No 1413. He was sencenced for 7 years for stealing 19 sovereigns. I would like to know Parents detail/or siblings.
My daughter was married to husband no 1 had 2 children and then divorced and married a man who had 3 children..The two boys are still her children but you have to go to her ex-husband to find them Why aren't they with her.and why does it have her 3 step children as hers
Might be stupid question but there were huge problems in my mothers family when grandma remarried and they just assumed their step fathers name and they actually did not exist Big trouble with the wills.
