I specified to include NO photos in my reports and NO place holders. However blue boxes still show up which I then have to spend time deleting. How do I get a report with NO blue boxes where photos would have been and NO placeholders?
I sent off my kit and I haven't got an update. I spent my money and I can't get in contact with anybody i emailed and no answer. It has been 2 weeks since I sent off my DNA kit. If I don't get an update within the next 2 weeks i want a refund.
I am trying to upload my DNA from Ancestry to My heritage, but it never seems to finish uploading. I've had to stop it twice, as it was taking HOURS to upload. What's going on?
I posted DNA samples for my wife and myself on October 4th. My wife's sample has been received, but mine has not. Is there any way of confirming that my sample has not been lost in transit?
I'm a little confused why Chinese and Vietnamese are lumped together as a result. Are they suppose to share the same genetics and are interchangeable? Like all Vietnamese people are technically Chinese by ancestry? My family definitely hails from northeast Asia as per my Mongolian and Japanese genetic markers so I'm not sure why Chinese and Vietnamese are suppose to be generally the same genetic makeup. I feel like people from Southern China would have more similarities with Vietnamese than the Northern Chinese.

I have in my father side of the family two couples that were actually first cousins. When I try to make the connection the system just creates a segund record of the same person and does not allow the connection.
Do I have to enter the set of parents again on to be able to continue with the tree building.

Hi, My husbands (verified) cousin uploaded her raw file from FTDNA but said she could only use the Switzerland version. She lives in Switzerland. I checked my husbands matches & she does not show as a match. I know I'm new at this but could someone please explain this to me?
My results show 0% ENGLISH, how can that be as my family tree is full of ENGLISH ancestory. Am not adopted Blood type O negative confirmed that long ago.
Hi all, I just sent my sample from the UK today but at the post office they asked me what was inside (for customs purposes) and when I said cotton buds they said that it's not allowed to send cotton to the US. I then said earbuds (and put that on the form instead of cottonbuds) but I'm worried that my sample might be held on entering the US. Could anyone share their experience of posting from the UK and if you've encountered any problems? Many thanks!

Hello, I live in Brazil and I ordered a DNA test. Now I was trying to send back my sample and I discovered that the Brazilian post office and customs do not allow us to send biological samples abroad. They returned to me the samples. Now I don't know how to send the samples to be analysed in your labs. What should I do??
I'm curious if there's an issue with my raw DNA, as it only took 2 days for my husband's to be processed. Not trying to be impatient, just curious if I need to delete and try again. I sent in a support ticket August 30th, with no answer, so figured I had better try here. Thank you.
