Where is my DNA? I have waited so long for my results, My Name is Janice Smith O'Shaughnessy they where sent to you to along with David Howes which this DNA has had a result on the 19th of September. I have paid for my own results I am not very imprest with your service and therefore would like my Money returned immediately, otherwise I will take this further I have written several e-mails and not one has been answered. I will use another Company that's more reputable, as I have read on Facebook it is just a SCAM!
A cousin has died. His widow keeps getting news letters addressed to him upsetting her (they shared email address). I had recorded him as dead and deleted his email from his contact details. I also deleted him from site members. She still wanted the news letters but in her name. I sent an invite under her name but it arrived addressed to her late husband. This situation must arise on a regular basis so why is there not a simple or obvious fix for this? I find this embarrising and frustrating. Can any one help? Thanks.
The Book Report does not print changes or additions in the notes field unless another field is also updated or changed such as birth location. Data on website appears updated and ok but same problems on book reports. Gedcom appears OK. What is going on?
I'm not able to upload any new DNA results, since last Saturday. The upload animation never completes and its the same result regardless of browser. I have reported the issue but have not heard anything back yet. Anybody else seen the same issue?
Hi yesterday we received the DNA results for my son kit number MH-87YK2N and after building my family tree. I can't access his results anymore. It keeps taking me to the default kit number which is mine.
The package says The package is delayed and will not be delivered by the expected delivery date. An updated delivery date will be provided when available. The item is currently in transit to the destination as of October 15, 2017 at 9:19 am. It is on its way to HOUSTON, TX 77008.
My mother's brother married my father's sister and I have two entries for them , one as a pair under father's siblings and one under mother's siblings. Do I have to enter my cousins (their children) under both or is there a way that I can connect them?
I feel so taken that I went for this. The information is totally wrong as I know from other DNA tests taken with my family that showed totally different results. This is nothing but a scam to upgrade, you can't see any records without paying, so what was the payment for - bogus results? I did not need informaiton on my marriage, birth or address records, I know about me, but thanks for that free info because that was all that was free.

I paid for a DNA kit 10 days ago from this company and 1 from two other companies as well. The other two arrived in 2 days and have already been sent back for testing. How can I track my kit or get my money back?
My kit is ready for returning. Sending such material is not allowed to be sent abroad from the UK by Royal Mail. I was shown the rules at the Post Office. It is classified as biological material. Please advise how your other UK clients return their's.
DNA Kit not received after one month and not able to get into contact with customer support because their phone number isn't working (being barred by phone provider).
On my account a displayed message informs me of shipping issues.
Why is the email address for support [support@myheritage.com] not displayed at the bottom of the page where it say's SUPPORT??? Only ph numbers which go unanswered???
Occasionally I get an email offering to add photos to my tree.-, which is great, because I'm at the stage of rarely adding new people, but I am keen to add detail.
HOWEVER, when I go through the process of selecting photos and adding them to my tree, and then synching to FTB, the photos do not automatcally appear in the FTB tree - To make them appear I have to go into that person's photos, where the photo is, but it is not selected as the personal photo. The checkbox for making the photo the personal photo does not operate.
I found a work-around, which is to remove the current association, then add a new association pointing to the same person as the one just removed, which then causes it all to operate the way it should.
I think the program is not setting some variable when the photo is added, to indicate that there is now a photo there. When the photo is added to a person that already has a photo, it all seems to be OK, but when the photo is added to a person without a photo (which is usually the case) the above problem occurs.
The dna results are ready, however when I got thru the steps to obtain i ghet :error: message on las step. I phoned MyHeritage and constantly get "NOT AVAUILABLE". Anyone know what's up?
Activated and mailed my kit Aug. 9th and it's Sept. 20th yet the kit hasn't arrived?! This is unbelievable! Did you guys get it or what?! Mailed from Texas.
So I opened the vile and dropped it and the liquid spilled out and Im not sure what to do. I havent done the swab test on that side, it is just water on it? Its just empty, just need some advise on what to do.
While I was using the test kit, I dropped one of my swabs on the floor like the klutz I am. I had begun using it, but was not done swabbing my cheek. Now it has dog hair on it...what should I do?
