i can't input new information

i already published my tree and i cant input any more new info that i colected what can i do ? pleas i need help

Hi,

I guess you published your tree from Family Tree Builder.,

Now in order to make changes on your tree you need to go back to Family Tree Builder and make your changes there and publish again.

If you would like an online tree please go to this lin from our help center for more detailed information.

I have had no problems before....now I am. I can't save to the online tree says bad password , username. It is all the same has it has always been.

 

Also I paid for the 5 yr upgrade and it dosen't acknowledge it .

Do you have a number I can call....this is all really bothersome to me.
