Hi Gary, Thank you for writing to us. Sometimes the reports are not properly installed in Family Tree Builder. I would like to suggest that you reinstall Family Tree Builder, and then try creating the report again. Best Regards, Esther
I've tried that several times. Needless to say it didn't work. I just got a response from the Support staff last week. They said that they have located the problem in ther program and are going to do an update that will fix the problem. They said it should be ready to install in about a month.
MY PROBLEM WITH THE BOOK REPORT IS THAT IS TRANPOSES THE DATES . EXAMPLE : IF IT IS ENTERED JULY 5, 1970 ON THE BOOK REPORT IT WILL PRINT MAY 7, 1970 . IT IS CORRECT ON THE WEBSITE AND ON THE FTB, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS
