I would vote for these features as well. As the number of members on my site passes 40 I am seeing an increase in the number posting information and images. Where as I create copies of images at specific sizes before uploading to the site others can upload very large files and quickly use up the quota available for images.  My site almost instantly outgrew the free version and I am now approaching the limits of the first paid level, with the site active for about three months

 I also accidently thought I uploaded files that turned out to be TIF/BMP. It would be great if the site could convert these on the fly to a pre-specified size of jpg as well
