On my Smart Matches screen, I get this message:
"It is recommended to run Smart Matching™ on this family tree again as the results may not be up to date."
How in the world does one "run" Smart Matching again? Very frustrating to not fine anything in Help about this.
Everytime you publish your family tree a request to process SmartMatches on your tree is sent to our servers.
Keep in mind, after publishing you will not get matches immediately. It can take up to 48 hours to receive matches.
Thank you for your response, but my question is still not answered.
The website clearly states: "It is recommended to run Smart Matching™ on this family tree again as the results may not be up to date."
So I repeat, how does one do this?
Hi,
Since you are building your tree online,
each time you edit your tree, a new Smart Matching request is sent to our servers.
Since you are a Premium member, you have priority over other requests.
I see that you have already received Smart Matches on your site.

Hi Carol,
Since you are building your tree in Family Tree Builder,
all you have to do is publish your tree,
and new Smart Matches will be found for your tree.
I have tried turning it off and then on again but the same results come back even though I know there are more matches due to some copying and pasting from previous matches.
