I was trying to produce a 10 generation Fan Chart - about 70% of the names are filled in. These are my Great-Grand-Parents - on 1 of them it always causes a program crash although the others appear to work. I suspect it has to do with trying to build boxes on pages that are not defined - i.e. the fan model won't fit on the current template. This is a reproducable error - I am using Windows XP with the current Service Pack - plenty of disk space available etc.
This is a major problem with most reports. The Fan-chart crashes when I try to show more than 10 generations. And if I choose more than 7 generations, the last 3 generations are all blank boxes.... no names or data at all.
Above 10 generations, the program crashes.
The new "All-in-one"-report also crashes.
Due to an overflow somewhere? Seems like it is a memory problem maybe on large amounts of data?
