So I click on "Create my Collage" and the link leads me a page with nothing but the background. The Bar on the bottom says done and there is no hourglass on the cursor.
Does anyone know what is going on here? Is there maybe a software I need to install?
Hi, I've had the same problem. Any ideas on when this is going to be fixed? I've been trying for about an hour now and nothing at all is appearing, not even the picture that is supposed to be getting scanned for faces.

We are not aware of any outage that we had last night. The problems from last week were temporary and should be fixed.
What was the size of the image you were uploading? Is this the first time you are trying out the face recognition or have you used it successfully before?
Hi, I have used it successfully many times before and not had any problems whatsoever. I also tried several different photographs to make sure that it wasn't just one particular picture that may have been the problem.
